We understand the importance of maintaining relationships with clients and the wider community, and are available to create and run workshops, classes and seminars for a variety of groups including: individuals, families, schools, fitness studios, health centres, and corporate & community groups. We are passionate about educating, inspiring and empowering people on the benefits of good nutritional habits, helping to build an understanding and skills around healthy eating and nutrition.

COOKING CLASSES & DEMONSTRATIONS
Cooking Demonstrations:
Cookinng demonstrations can be delivered with predefined recipes, or can be tailored to meet specific client requests, ready to be demonstrated and sampled by your participants. Popular items include protein balls, smoothies, and salads.
Cooking Classes:
Cooking is an essential life skill and is also a fun and engaging way to learn about healthy eating and nutrition, suitable for every age group. We offer options to cook along with us, or watch and learn, as we teach you to cook an array of simple, delicious and nutritious recipes from different cuisines that you'll definitely want to add to your weekly meal list!
We provide information about meal prep, cooking tips and tricks, nutritional information, and advice regarding substitutions for food allergies or intolerances. All of our recipes and instructions are provided to participants prior to class, and come with recommendations to suit most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free. Classes can run for 30 or 60 minutes, depending on how many courses you wish to include.
